DELIVERY

We offer nationwide delivery through Fastway Couriers. Once your order has shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you. Typical delivery times are 1 – 5 workings days from the order date but due to Covid 19 please allow up to 14 days.

Returns

Straight Talk honors the ‘Right to Cancel’ option for all orders within 14 days of purchase. As long as the said items are unused and in a re-saleable condition. All data must be erased, all locks, passwords and passcodes, apple id & find my iPhone to be removed before returning phones to us. If your device does not power on and you are unable to sign out of iCloud, please include your Apple ID and Password. We can reset the phone if we manage to power it on.

If your phone is faulty or you would need to return it within 14 days of purchase please contact us: support@straight-talk.ie. We will provide you with clear instructions on how to return your phone. If you have any additional queries or questions in relation to our returns procedure, please do not hesitate to contact our care team by email: support@straight-talk.ie

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

ReFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days
